Job summary

Uncommon Schools in Boston is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse to oversee student health services and maintain health records in accordance with state requirements.

The Nurse will treat students, serve as the primary health contact, and work closely with teachers and families to sustain a healthy school environment. Valid MA RN license and BSN/MSN are required; pediatric nursing experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• BSN or Master's in Nursing required.
• Two years of pediatric/child health nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat students and maintain health records.
• Primary contact for health-related issues and communication with students, teachers, and families.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain compliance with state health requirements.
• Conduct state mandated health screenings annually and manage health documentation.
