RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a School Nurse (RN or LPN) to support students in Hawaii. This role provides direct nursing care in a school setting, with per diem, part-time or full-time schedules available across the islands.

Responsibilities include managing ventilator/tracheostomy care, diabetes management, documenting health status, and collaborating with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, inclusive school days. Requires active RN or LPN license and CPR.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification required.
• Active RN or LPN license.
• Fingerprinting and district clearance may be required.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care and health support services to students with special healthcare needs.
• Support students requiring ventilators, tracheostomy care, diabetes management, catheterization, and tube feedings.
• Monitor student health status and respond to medical needs during the school day.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student well-being and safety.
• Maintain accurate health documentation and comply with district and state nursing standards.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and additional duties as assigned.
• Support a safe and inclusive educational environment for all students.
