RCM Health Care Services is seeking School Nurses (RN or LPN) to provide in-school nursing care across Hawaii. Positions support students with diverse medical needs on full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules.

Roles include direct care, coordination with school teams, and ensuring health documentation compliance within district standards. Applicants must have an accredited nursing degree, active RN/LPN license, CPR, and yearly physical and PPD updates.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Ability to care for students with complex medical and special healthcare needs.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a school-based environment.
• Ability to meet fingerprinting and district clearance requirements.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care and health support services to students with special healthcare needs.
• Support students requiring ventilators, tracheostomy care, diabetes management, catheterization, and tube feedings.
• Monitor student health status and respond appropriately to medical needs during the school day.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student well-being and safety.
• Maintain accurate health documentation and comply with district and state nursing standards.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and additional duties as assigned.
• Support a safe and inclusive educational environment for all students.
