Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for students with chronic health conditions with clinicians, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor immunization records for state compliance.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain confidential health records.
• Communicate health status and follow-up needs with parents.
