Onsite School Nurse (RN or LPN) – Near Tolland, CT
2024–2025 School Year |34 Hours/Week | 1:1 Preschool Assignment

Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for an onsite school-based assignment near Tolland, CT. This is a contract position for the current school year, supporting a preschool student in a 1:1 setting.

Position Overview:

• Location: Near Tolland, CT

• Schedule: 34 hours per week

• Assignment: 1:1 support with a preschool student

• School Year: 2024–2025 (Immediate start)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 nursing care and supervision to a preschool student

• Administer medications and monitor medical equipment as needed

• Support the student’s health and safety throughout the school day

• Collaborate with school staff and the student’s care team

• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in accordance with school and state regulations

Requirements:

• Must hold an active Connecticut LPN or RN license

• CPR and First Aid certification required

• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or 1:1 nursing preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills
