Sage Connections, LLC is seeking full-time LPNs or RNs to provide 1:1 school health services in New Bedford, MA for the 2026–2027 school year. The onsite role is 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with start ASAP and potential renewal.

Formación

• Must hold an active MA LPN or RN license.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based health care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage student health records and medication administration.
• Support chronic health condition management (e.g., asthma, diabetes, allergies).
• Coordinate with parents, school staff, and outside providers as needed.
• Maintain documentation and comply with health-related regulations.
• Participate in IEP or 504 Plan meetings when relevant.
