Job summary

The Hannibal Central School District is seeking a qualified candidate for a School Nurse position assigned to the Fairley Elementary School, serving students in UPK through Fourth Grade, beginning in January, 2027.

The School Nurse will provide health services and support to students and staff, including first aid, medication management, and health documentation. The role requires strong communication and independent collaboration with school personnel.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license required.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with school personnel, families, and health care providers.

Responsibilities
