Job summary

Proforma Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one nursing care for a student within a school setting in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include managing Trach, vent, G-tube feeding, seizure monitoring, personal care, and diabetic care.

The RN may accompany the student on bus rides, supported by a current RN license, Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification. One year of RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Health Certificate.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• BLS certification.
• Preferably one year of RN experience.
