Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a qualified RN to support school-based health services in Carmel, Indiana. This in-person role offers a family-friendly schedule, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for professional development.

The nurse will manage chronic health conditions for students, maintain immunization records, provide first aid, and participate in emergency planning. Candidates must hold an IN state RN license, CPR/BLS, and a negative TB result.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid IN state RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Current negative TB test result.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child’s health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).

• In-person
• Schedule: M-F or PRN
• Compensation: $34-38/hr
