Job summary

EverSource is actively recruiting Registered Nurses (RN) to provide school-day coverage for NYC public schools across all five boroughs for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering daytime hours aligned with the school calendar.

Responsibilities include administering medications, handling basic clinical care, supporting students with chronic conditions, responding to health concerns, and maintaining health records.

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license
• 1 year RN experience (minimum)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience in pediatrics, school nursing, or community health preferred
