Job Responsibilities:

Deliver nursing care and health services to middle school students

Monitor and administer medications and treatments as needed

Provide support for students with chronic conditions or special health needs

Communicate with families, staff, and healthcare providers regarding student care

Maintain accurate medical documentation and records

Qualifications:

Active Illinois LPN or RN license

CPR/BLS certification required

Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Must be comfortable supporting a middle school population
