Qualifications And Experience

• Current, valid Registered Nurse licensure in South Carolina

Previous Experience In a School Setting Preferred

• Required experience in pediatrics
• Proven work with tracheostomies (Trachs)
• Experience managing G-tubes, including suctioning and tube feeding
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working independently and within a cohesive multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Nursing care to a k - 12 School site
• Perform all necessary trach management duties
• Handle G-tube feeding and suctioning as needed
• Regular office nursing duties including wound care, vital checks, and medicine administration
• Monitor, document, and communicate student health progress to stakeholders
• Support the broader educational team in fostering optimal student outcomes
