Nurses and More seeks a compassionate LPN or RN to provide school-based care for a medically fragile female adolescent in Charlotte, NC. You will meet the teen at home for transportation to the school, with a schedule Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The role includes nursing duties such as documenting care on a tablet, administering PRN medications, assisting with ADLs, G-tube feedings, and seizure monitoring.

Qualifications

• LPN with at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years.
• RN with at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years, or prior LPN experience of 1 year.
• CPR certification (in-person, not online).

Responsibilities

• Document care on tablet.
• Administer PRN medications.
• Assist wheelchair user with ADLs.
• Administer G-tube feedings.
• Monitor for seizures.
