Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License
• School Experience preferred
• Pediatric experience is REQUIRED
• Experience with Trach and G-tube care
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Job Description:

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and licensed School Nurse to join our team in Chester, PA. In this role, you will provide K-12 nursing support, ensuring their medical needs are met throughout the school day. This is a contracted position for the 2025-2026 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, provide first aid, and other necessary treatments.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop and implement individualized health plans.
• Monitor and assess students’ health status, addressing any concerns as they arise.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records.
