Job summary

Kinderberry Hill Excelsior is opening a new school and seeks a School Nurse to join a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with no evenings, weekends, or holidays, and starts in December 2026.

Candidates must hold an active LPN or RN license, be eligible to work in the U.S., pass the DHS background check, and demonstrate strong communication and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Pass the Applicant Background Study required by the DHS.
• U.S. Citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Active LPN or RN license.
• Daytime availability from 7am to 6pm, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily health and wellness of the children in our care.
• Monitoring children's allergies, medications and immunization records.
• Providing resources and support to families and staff - including new parents.
• Keeping excellent records
• Maintaining a clean and safe school environment.
• Supporting school management team in the day-to-day operations of the school.
