1:1 School Nurse (RN or LPN)

Cross Country Education is hiring three dependable and compassionate School Nurses (1:1) to support a high school student with intensive medical needs for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a critical role that directly enables student access to education.

Nurse parks at the student’s home and rides the bus to/from school daily

???? Student is wheelchair-bound and requires:

• Trach care / airway management
• Toileting support
• Transfers & feeding
• Positioning due to muscle weakness

Start Date: August 5, 2025

End Date: May 22, 2026

Note: Additional time needed for bus riding before and after school hours

️ Valid AZ RN or LPN license (Board of Nursing)

️ Experience in school settings – preferred

️ Dependability is essential – punctuality is critical for student attendance

Ideal candidates live nearby or can easily commute to South Phoenix / Baseline & Laveen
