Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience with a 16-ft box truck.
• Valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check, TB test, and drug screening.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and handling requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verification and documentation.
• Ability to work early mornings, flexible schedules, and varied shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals and snacks to school sites based on daily plans and routes.
• Verify routes and coordinate with dispatch regarding changes.
• Load, pack, and count all orders before departure.
• Safely operate a company delivery van/box truck on public roads.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and daily truck checks.
• Inspect food items for quality and perform spot checks during loading, delivery, and unloading.
• Report food safety or quality concerns to management.
• Verify deliveries and obtain signatures.
• Maintain professional communication with school staff.
• Follow food safety, workplace safety and PPE requirements.
