Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Delivery Driver.
• Experience driving Vans.
• A valid Class C Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a company driving test, background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Verifies the daily delivery plan, and route(s) to make deliveries.
• Engages with school representatives when making deliveries, demonstrating excellent customer service.
• Conducts vehicle pre-check inspections before departing to deliver goods.
• May pack and load products on to trucks, according to company specifications.
• Adheres to proper food handling requirements and temperature checks of chilled products.
• Maintains regular communication with the route dispatcher about traffic and delays.
• Manages packing slips and delivery receipts; notes rejections or shortages.
• Follows safe work practices, operating the vehicle and using PPE where required.
• Completes routine admin tasks; performs other duties as needed.
