Job summary

Kirbyville Independent School District is seeking an LVN substitute to support health services at the assigned campus in Kirbyville, Texas. You will provide direct student health care under supervision and follow district health protocols and IHPs.

The role requires a Texas LVN license, CPR/AED certificates, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of health-related experience with school-age children. This position is full-time and on site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care using health protocols and IHPs as directed by RN supervisor
• Administer medications according to district policy
• Collaborate with campus staff on health needs and student care
• Communicate with parents regarding health matters per RN instructions
• Distribute health information to staff as needed by the RN
• Guide unlicensed personnel on health tasks as directed by the RN
