Responsibilities

• Supervises students in hallways, during lunch, and at recess.
• Encourages peaceful resolution of conflicts to maintain harmony.
• Directs movement of groups safely to and from recess and in hallways.
• Assists with cafeteria cleanup.
• Participates in in-service training as directed.
• Understands students' needs and demonstrates initiative and creativity with students.
