Job summary

QUEST FOOD MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC, based in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Full-Time FSW/Driver for our commissary and satellite school sites.

You will work with the Kitchen Supervisor, Head Cook and Managers to ensure efficient production, transport, and serving of meals, keeping hot foods hot and cold foods cold throughout the process. The role requires a valid driver’s license, 2 years in food service, ability to follow recipes and HACCP guidelines, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service industry.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic and to understand measurements and conversions.
• Responsible for meeting and maintaining state and local certification requirements (Food Handler certification).
• Outgoing, friendly and customer focused.
• Ability to work effectively on a team.
• Works with speed, consistency and organization.
• Detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Safely prepare and ready foods for transport per recipes and guidelines.
• Assist with preparing foods and fresh fruits.
• Maintain sanitation of the line and production kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with management and satellite teams.
• Transport foods to satellite locations safely and timely.
• Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines.
• Report to scheduled shift on time in complete uniform.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
