Position: Mental Health Therapist (Colville Family Center & Community-Based Services)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual and family therapy and skill-building services to children, adults, and families
  • Work in Colville Family Center and various community/home settings
  • Assess clients and develop person-centered treatment plans
  • Maintain timely, high-quality documentation
  • Collaborate with other providers
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision
  • Represent Fernbrook’s mission with professionalism and respect
  • Travel to clients and office locations as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries
  • Organized, self-motivated, able to manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfort working independently and in teams
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback
  • Basic computer skills or willingness to learn new systems

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Human Services or currently in field placement for LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance
  • Must pass a criminal background check

Bonus Points If You

  • Are bilingual
  • Have experience with diverse populations
  • Hold an active Minnesota license (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP)

Additional Info

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week; occasional overtime
  • Part-time: Up to 40 hours/week with prior approval for overtime
  • Physical ability to sit, observe, and lift up to 15 lbs
  • Travel between locations required
