Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional food service experience; lead/senior or PIC experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification required; local food safety certification required.
• Ability to read and follow approved menus, recipes, yield guides, and production records; documentation compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prep, portion, and serve meals to students and staff.
• Set up and clean serving stations and kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
