Job summary

Brock & Company Inc. is seeking a Food Prep for a private school to help prepare and serve hot and cold foods during weekday hours. The position is part-time, 9:30am–1:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $18 per hour and on-site work in a supportive kitchen environment.

You will operate a variety of commercial kitchen equipment, maintain cleanliness, follow safety and sanitation standards, and assist with deliveries as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Adhere to COVID-19 safety and sanitation standards.
• Receive, unpack, rotate and stow deliveries as directed.
• Follow health and safety regulations for equipment and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold foods as directed by the supervisor.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment listed in duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
