Job summary

• Determine and requisition supplies for meal preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and prep areas.
• Keep accurate records for NSLP participation.
• Receive, inspect and sign for food and supplies on delivery.
• Address food service concerns with the Director of Food Services when needed.
