The Gardner School Maple Grove is hiring a School Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations in our state‑of‑the‑art facility. You’ll confirm weekly menus with the school director, manage inventory, and prepare meals that meet approved menus while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Confirm weekly menus with school director.
• Adhere to the school's budgetary needs.

• Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus.
• Ensure food is cooked and served at the correct temperatures.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen area.
• Handle dishwashing duties and ensure proper sanitation.
