Responsibilities

• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages to company standards.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Develops sanitation schedules and ensures adherence to cleaning of kitchen and dining areas.
• Responsible for cash handling and daily/weekly/monthly reports such as inventory and payroll.
