• Assist Cook Manager in planning, organization and operation of a school cafeteria with on-site kitchen.
• Prepare and cook food in large quantities (1,500 servings or more).
• Assist in ordering food items and supplies; help inventory of food and supplies.
• Coordinate work schedules with Cook Manager and kitchen staff; promote team cooperation.
• Maintain safe and sanitary cafeteria and kitchen operations; ensure proper food storage and safety.
