Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English is required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least 1 year of work experience or vocational training in cleaning, food prep, and general cleaning processes is preferred.
• Driver’s license may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Wash objects by hand or with cleaning equipment.
• Clean dishes, utensils, pots, and pans and store them properly.
• Maintain various products and service machines in preparation/serving/storage areas.
• Stock storage areas with products.
• Clean, sweep, and wipe dining, kitchen, and storage areas; clean floors.
• Remove garbage and set up/break down tables and serving lines.
• Assist with large cleaning projects and coordinate with others.
• Occasionally help with cooking vegetables, entrees, coffee, sauces, or meats.
• Other duties as assigned.
