Responsibilities

• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintaining proper serving temperatures.
• Cleans kitchen after service and stores excess food per safe food-handling procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
