Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting standards, ensuring proper temperature, and appealing presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe handling of food, stores or discards excess food per standards.
• Assists in ordering/receiving of food and supplies and supports production planning and records.
• Ensures proper HACCP compliance and safe food-handling procedures.
