• Comfortable in an outdoor setting and able to use hands-on, experiential teaching methods.
• Strong belief that all students can learn and improve with support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with staff, students and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversees preparation, packaging, and distribution of school meals.
• Collects cash for reduced-price and full-paid meals as assigned.
• Accounts and reports funds for meals for students and adults.
• Maintains food preparation and dining areas to meet state standards.
• Keeps food service areas neat, clean and well-maintained.
• Supports the School Nutrition Director with repairs and inventory management.
• Complies with County Health regulations and School Nutrition Policies.
