Qualifications

• Must be fingerprinted via NYS Department of Education for new employees.
• Willing to start early and assist in dish room and basic food prep.
• Able to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash pots and pans and maintain dish room.
• Assist in minor food preparation as needed.
• Support the cook manager and follow USDA regulations.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for the shift.
