Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited HVACR technical school and three to five years related experience.
• Must maintain a Valid Indiana Driver License.
• H.V.A.C. License helpful.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, and repair various mechanical equipment.
• Maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Install and repair D.D.C. controls and BAS.

Skills

Proficiency in voltmeters, amp meters, and ohm meters

Ability to repair HVAC systems

Knowledge of building automation systems

Mechanical aptitude

Education

High school diploma or GED

Completion of accredited HVACR technical school

EPA approved Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification
