Job summary

Denver Public Schools seeks a Clinical Nurse Program Manager to oversee districtwide student health programs and clinical initiatives, ensuring compliance with IDEA, Section 504, immunization statutes, and health mandates.

The role leads nursing services, mentors staff, and drives data-informed improvement while advancing health equity and student well-being across DPS. Strong regulatory knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an Accredited College or University.
• Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Three or more years of school nursing or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development, implementation, and evaluation of districtwide student health programs and clinical initiatives.
• Establish and monitor clinical standards by developing districtwide protocols and guidelines.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Nursing Services team members.
• Ensure adherence to clinical documentation standards through audits and QA.
• Design and deliver professional learning for nursing staff and health office personnel.
• Analyze student health program data to inform planning and reporting.
• Support community partnerships, grants, and regulatory reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
