Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate care for accidents and counsels staff to plan action.
• Attends to student illness at school.
• Administers prescribed medications with parent/doctor permission forms.
• Conducts vision/hearing/scoliosis/growth/blood pressure screening and refers as needed.
• Maintains student health records and immunization history.
