Job summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support student health services in an Everett, WA area school. The role focuses on delivering care, responding to injuries and illnesses, and promoting wellness within a diverse student population.

Ideal candidates hold a Washington RN license, CPR/First Aid, and have school-based or pediatric experience. The contract offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and housing/meal allowances as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State.
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
• Knowledge of current health protocols, immunization compliance, and best practices in student care.
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and treating student injuries and illnesses during the school day.
• Administering prescribed medications and maintaining accurate student health records.
• Coordinating with school staff to monitor chronic health conditions and develop action plans.
• Educating students and staff about disease prevention and healthy living habits.
• Assisting with health screenings, immunization tracking, and compliance with state requirements.
• Providing emotional support and resources to students as needed.
