Job summary

Constellation Schools is seeking a qualified School Nurse in Cleveland, OH to provide quality health services under state laws and district policies. You will manage student health needs, maintain records, supervise medication administration and train unlicensed staff as needed.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Nursing, Ohio RN license and ODE school nurse licensure, with strong communication and collaboration skills to promote student wellness and safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing and Ohio RN license required.
School nurse licensure and experience with students preferred.
Proficient with computer apps and data entry; strong communication.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and first aid to students.
Monitor health and refer as needed; maintain records per FERPA.
Train unlicensed staff on health procedures; supervise medication administration.
Collaborate with staff to promote health education and wellness.
