The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a CNA/CMA/PCT/EMT/LPN credential or active VA license, plus BLS CPR/AED. Experience 1–3 years preferred; regular attendance is essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; CNA/CMA/PCT or EMT or LPN certification or current license in VA.
• Active BLS CPR/AED for Healthcare Providers certification with hands-on training.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience as required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist daily operation of the school clinic under the nurse's direction.
• Take student temperatures and monitor vital signs as appropriate.
• Sign students into the clinic and document reasons for visits.
• Assist with medications only as directed by the school nurse.
• Maintain and complete clinic records and reports (emergency forms, daily/monthly reports).
• Provide minor care and first aid as authorized by the school nurse.
