Job summary

Clermont Northeastern Local SD is seeking a Health Clinic Aide to provide first aid and support student health needs in the school clinic. You will administer medications per policy, maintain supplies, and protect confidentiality of health records.

The role requires CPR and First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate with families and staff. You’ll contribute to a healthy school environment and promote wellbeing across the campus.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Preference for Health Aide/LPN/RN with clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and respond to health needs for students and staff
• Assist with school-required health screenings and programs
• Administer medications following school policy
• Maintain clinic supplies and a clean, safe environment
• Communicate with families and support student wellness
• Promote healthy living, disease prevention, and mental health awareness
• Keep accurate health records and maintain confidentiality
