Chadwick School seeks a Facilities and Grounds Maintenance Worker to support maintenance, grounds care, and custodial tasks on a Palos Verdes campus. You will assist with minor electrical, HVAC, painting, event setup, and daily cleaning while helping with grounds upkeep and vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance, grounds and custodial needs; minor electrical/HVAC repairs, painting, minor repairs.
• Help with event setup/breakdown and daily lunch setup/breakdown.
• Respond to clean-up requests and complete work orders; assist with vehicle upkeep.
• Grounds duties include weeding, mowing, mulching; perform custodial duties such as stocking bathrooms.
