Job summary

Compass Group USA, via Flik Independent School Dining, is hiring a full-time Food Service Utility at Hawaii Baptist Academy in Honolulu. The role maintains kitchen areas, cleans equipment, and supports daily operations with a shift from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm; some evenings and weekends are required. Previous sanitation experience is preferred.

We offer training, free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations, with a strong commitment to nourishing students and communities.

Qualifications

• Previous sanitation and safety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispose; steam clean or hose out cans.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Load/unload and deliver supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Follow outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
