Job summary

Maschio's Food Service Inc. in Randolph, NJ is seeking reliable Food Service Workers and subs to join our team in a fast-paced school dining environment.

This on-site role offers part-time hours (roughly 4 to 6 hours daily) with on-call substitutes. You will assist with food preparation, operate the POS system, serve students, stock and rotate supplies, and follow food safety guidelines including USDA/NSLP rules, while using PPE at all times.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual.

• Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping and assembling meals.
• Operate the POS system and handle register transactions.
• Serve food to students in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Stock, organize, and rotate food and supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and USDA/NSLP guidelines.
• Use of personal protection equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Perform dishwashing and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and serving areas.
