Job summary

Opaa! Food Management is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport hot and cold foods and supplies to school sites and to assist with storage and unloading as needed.

The role requires operating company or school district vehicles, with CDL or other appropriate licenses. Responsibilities include keeping facilities organized, maintaining clean work areas, and helping with loading/unloading commodities and deliveries while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hot and cold foods and supplies to all schools for all meal types and school functions.
• Delivers items as needed to other schools such as commodities, making a minimum of 1 large delivery per week.
• Assists other staff with heavy stock as requested.
• Maintains storage areas including walk-in freezers and coolers.
• Keeps work areas neat and clean.
• Keeps stock neatly stacked and organized.
• Helps put away deliveries as soon as possible.
