Job summary

Mālamalama Waldorf School is seeking a seasoned Business Manager to oversee financial health and administrative operations for 2026–2027. Partner with the School Administrator, Finance Committee, and Board to steward fiscal systems and long‑term sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in accounting/financial administration, experience with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Excel, and FACTS Tuition Management. The role is 0.80 FTE, on‑site at Keaʻau, Hawaiʻi.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Google Workspace/Excel.
• Experience with nonprofit or school financial management preferred.
• Experience with FACTS Tuition Management or similar billing platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full‑cycle bookkeeping.
• Accounts payable/receivable.
• Payroll and reconciliations.
• Tuition billing and family account management via FACTS.
