Job summary

The Center for Early Education seeks a dedicated accounting professional to manage school finances and internal controls. You will oversee ledgers, payroll deductions, and cash transactions, ensuring timely, accurate reporting to the Director of Finance and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating fundraising accounting with Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge, producing monthly variance reports, and supporting the annual audit process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related experience.
• Experience with Blackbaud and school setting preferred.
• Maintain strong internal controls and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting systems, ledgers, and related functions.
• Provide timely financial and management reports.
• Coordinate fundraising accounting with Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge.
• Oversee journal entries, payroll deductions, and cash disbursements.
• Prepare schedules for annual audit and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support faculty, staff, and parents on business operations.
