Job summary

Waynflete School is seeking a Facilities Staff member for a year-round, full-time role. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm with occasional weekends and overtime. Daily hours may be adjusted.

The position involves minor repairs, electrical/plumbing/heating assessments, carpentry, event setup and cleanup, painting, landscaping, snow removal, and general maintenance support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in the maintenance field with knowledge of electrical, plumbing and heating systems.
• Carpentry skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and assess electrical, plumbing and heating needs.
• Carpentry projects, event setup and clean-up, interior/exterior painting.
• Landscaping, snow removal, and assisting with general maintenance as requested.
