Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Successful experience in building and grounds maintenance and repair.
• Motor Vehicle Operator's license or ability to provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains school buildings and grounds in neat, safe, operable condition.
• Performs minor repairs and upkeep as requested.
• Inspects equipment and facilities and reports needed repairs.
• Regulates heating, ventilation and air conditioning for comfort and efficiency.
• Ensures doors, windows, and entrances are secure.
• Maintains materials, equipment, and fuel inventories and places orders as needed.
• Prepares and maintains records of work and repairs.
