Responsibilities

• Schedule building custodial staff to cover events and other hours
• Respond to emergencies at a building 24 hours a day
• Directs the activities of up to nine other employees
• Operate cleaning equipment as needed
• Open the building; check the heating plants
• Establishes a daily work schedule(s) and inspects work areas for special uses
• Maintains MSDS book for cleaning chemicals and enforces safe practices
• Assists with snow removal and other duties as assigned
