Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance and repairs in school facilities or similar environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant maintenance experience may be considered in place of diploma.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs related to Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical Systems, Doors, Locks, Windows, Ceilings, Flooring, Walls, Furniture, Water Systems, Lighting Systems, Outlets, and Switches.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, valves, drains).
• Complete scheduled HVAC filter changes and assist with small HVAC repairs.
• Monitor BAS to ensure systems operate properly and buildings stay in normal order.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and equipment serviced.
• Coordinate with custodial staff, administrators, and outside contractors as needed.
• Assist with event setup and teardown for school functions.
